問題文

Dear Junko,
I hope you're well.

I read a magazine about pets yesterday. It said that year in Japan, many pet dogs and cats are abandoned by their owners. Why do you think people abandon their pets?
I'd like to get a parrot, but my mother says it's not fair to keep birds in cages. Do you agree with her?

By the way, I spoke to my cousin yesterday. He said he's decided to stop eating meat. Do you think that being a vegetarian is a good idea?

Best regards,
Leon

I know that many people quickly abandon their pets easily after they were becoming weary to of taking care of the pets because the pets are like toys for them. I don't respectfully disagree with your mother because I think pets should separate to not be kept away from people, not even parrots. If birds are kept out of  cages, they might fly away and escape.  I think that he will be a it is a good idea for your cousin to become a vegetarian is a good idea because it's good for his health for good. But we need eating to eat some meat for to have balanced meals. If you have another other questions, please let me know any time.

I have checked your letter and have some suggestions and comments.

Here are some very useful patterns.

You can speculate if you aren't absolutely sure about something in English:
It may be that [...]
It could be that [...]
Perhaps [...]
Maybe […]

Example: Maybe the pet owners got tired of taking care of them.

You can describe dissatisfaction with these patterns:
I'm tired of doing [x]. I'm bored with doing [x]. I'm weary of doing [x].

Saying that you don't agree is fine, but it's rather direct. If you disagree with someone, you can respectfully say so in English with these kinds of sentences:

I respectfully disagree with [Mr./Mrs X.] [Counterargument, supporting details]
I respectfully beg to differ with [Mr./Mrs. X] [Counterargument, supporting details]

Doing so is more polite and shows you respect the feelings of your conversation partner.

If you say that pets should separate from people, you mean that they should be kept away from them. I don't think you mean this because the other part of the sentence says "even parrots".
Pets need to be together with people. Animals that we keep as pets need us to feed them and care for them. Keeping them away from us would prevent us from feeding them and caring for them. I also listed a supporting reason why it is not good to keep birds outside of cages.

Things can be good for our health or bad for our health.
Getting plenty of sleep is good for our health.
Exercising is good for our health.
Smoking is bad for our health.

Things we should/ought to/need to:
We need to do [x]. We need to read the newspaper. We need to study English everyday. We need to eat meat in order to have a balanced diet.

Another vs Other:
If you have another question, let me know.
If you have other questions, let me know.

I see a policeman in the kouban. There is another policeman standing outside the kouban. Do you see any other policemen?
